Yoga with Celli Sunday 9.13 @ 11am 60 min. Vinyasa Flow

This is a 60 minute vinyasa (synchronized breath to movement) yoga class. We will begin this with an extended pranayama (breathwork) practice during our warm up. You can park anywhere in Culdesac Tempe parking lot for from 8am-11pm! Stop and grab a coffee or matcha from Aruma Cafe before or after class, and stick around to check out some of our boutiques. The yoga studio is in building 2015; there's a large insect mural on the back of the building. Using the staircase next to the honey bear mural and walk to second level. I will leave the door propped open with a book. Please arrive to class 5-10 minutes early, the door will be shut promptly at 10:59am and automatically lock from outside so we can begin class at 11am.
